All of the stools were examined by different Bacteriologic, Mycologic, and parasitologic techniques, in order to find the etiology of their diarrhoea, except Viruses. And after that, the gastroenteritis was due to S. aureus, Acid Fast Bacillie, G, lamblia, & Microsporidia (%14.3 of cases), Ps. aeruginosa, and Cryptosporidium sp, (%11.4 of cases), Camp. jejuni (% 8.6 of cases), sal.para C, and, Is, belli, (%5.7 of cases), Sh. sonnei, Cl.difficile, Cyclospora sp, and E. histolytica (%2.9 of cases). 24 patients had more than one infectious agent, and in the stools of 3 patients, no Bactrial, Fungal, and Parasitic agents were found.
